By accessing this website and utilizing our tools, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use PixelCraft AI if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Permitted Use & Rules

Our platform provides a variety of artificial intelligence image generation, editing, and analysis tools. While we encourage creativity, you must follow strict behavioral rules when using PixelCraft AI.

  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the tools to generate, edit, or manipulate images in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful manner.
  • No Abuse or Harmful Content: Generating deepfakes, non-consensual explicit content, hateful imagery, discriminatory propaganda, or attempting to abuse AI to bypass ethical filters is strictly prohibited.
  • No Exploitation: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or malicious means to exploit, scrape, spam, or excessively hit our server endpoints to mass-generate content bypassing normal intended usage limits.

2. AI Output Limitations

PixelCraft AI utilizes advanced generative models (like Hugging Face) and algorithm-based filters. The outputs generated by artificial intelligence are stochastic and mathematically generated representations. Therefore:

  • Accuracy is Not Guaranteed: The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, skewed, biased, or unexpected results.
  • Subjective Quality: Results for features like background removal, colorization, expanding content, and generative image creation depend heavily on the quality, format, context, and lighting of the user input data.

3. Zero Liability Clause

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall PixelCraft AI, its owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise out of the use of our tools. We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions you make based on content generated or analyzed on our platform.
  • Misinterpretations or the dissemination of false information generated through AI.
  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from the images or content you upload to, manipulate on, or generate from our platform.
  • Loss of data, loss of business, or any damage to your hardware/software setup.

You agree to indemnify and hold PixelCraft AI harmless from any claims resulting from your misuse of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PixelCraft AI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on PixelCraft AI website (including code, design resources, logos, algorithms, text content). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from PixelCraft AI for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

The copyright of user uploads and user-generated outputs ultimately belongs to the user or initial copyright holder; PixelCraft AI does not claim ownership over what you legally create, provided it aligns with international laws regarding AI-generated IP.

5. Service Modification Rights

PixelCraft AI reserves the following rights to protect our system stability and business operations:

  • Modifications: We can change, update, add, or remove features, models, endpoints, or any functionality of the website at our sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice.
  • Monetization & Ads: Although our standard tools are free to access, we reserve the right to display advertisements (e.g., through Google AdSense), monetize premium capabilities, or throttle standard access limits dynamically.

6. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If our automated systems detect abusive volumes of traffic (such as constant API hammering, DDoS attempts), bot-like behavior, or severe violations of the content policies outlined above, your access will be blocked from our platform.

7. Encryption, Steganography, & Anti-Forensics Tools

PixelCraft AI provides advanced privacy utilities, including but not limited to Audio & Video Steganography, AES-256 Encryption, and Digital Fingerprint Wipers. To maintain ethical standards and comply with international directives, the underlying technology of these tools has been completely rebuilt (V2 Architecture). By using these features, you explicitly agree to the following:

  • Lawful and Educational Use Only: These tools are provided strictly for personal privacy, academic research, and authorized security testing. You may not use these tools to conceal illegal activities, distribute malicious payloads, bypass corporate data loss prevention (DLP) systems unlawfully, or engage in any form of cybercrime.
  • Zero Original Data Retention: As part of our strict privacy commitment, we do NOT retain your original images, EXIF data, hashes, or IP addresses. Your private media remains entirely on your device, and processing is done completely client-side. We have zero knowledge of the files you process.
  • Complete User Liability: PixelCraft AI, its developers, and hosts assume zero liability for any data concealed, encrypted, transmitted, or anonymized using our tools. You are solely responsible for the content you process and the legal implications of possessing or distributing that content in your jurisdiction.
  • No Recovery: Because encryption operations happen entirely client-side within your browser, we do not store your passwords, keys, or raw data. If you lose your password, the data is permanently unrecoverable. We cannot and will not assist in data recovery or decryption requests.
